Agile teams are high performing and highly collaborative. They problem solve together, make informed decisions together and have an inclusive, supportive culture and environment in which to work. They're often described as self-organising and multi-disciplinary.
We work with teams to help them understand what agile is about and the benefits from adopting it. We help people discover their role within a team and how they can work together with others to become an effective team. We support teams to understand different agile approaches, the tools and techniques to get started and how to work smarter. We help identify challenges and opportunities that an agile way of working brings and help teams understand how they can adopt the theory in practice to enable service and product delivery.
For existing teams, we discuss what's working and what's not. We help them find out how they can improve their ways of working and culture within the team to ensure success.
Our agile thinking and practical agile courses work well for teams new to agile. Together they provide a solid foundation of agile knowledge, tools and techniques to get them started - and for many they need nothing else. Where the product, service, or current working environment is particularly challenging, putting agile into practice can be a bit more difficult so having someone on hand who has done it before can be invaluable. Our agile coaching services for teams do just.
