Provision of courses

We reserve the right to either postpone a course or change the location where the course is being delivered. On such occasions, we will contact you if you are affected and will offer you an alternative. If, however, we cannot find a suitable alternative date or location, we will refund you with the full amount you paid for the course.

Cancellations

We very rarely cancel a course, but in the event that we have to cancel a course we will refund you the full amount you paid for it.

If you wish to cancel your booking on a course, if the cancellation is more than 30 days from the date of the course then you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of the course, but more than 7 days from the date of the course, then we will refund you 50% of the price of the course. We're unable to provide any refund if you wish to cancel within 7 days of the course date.

Any refund made will be made back to the original payment method.

Changes to course bookings

If you wish to make changes to your course booking, e.g. if you want to attend the same course but at a different location or on a different date, then it is usually possible to do so. If so please contact us at enquiries@jouledigital.co.uk. If the change is made more than 30 days ahead of the course date then the change will be made at no additional cost. If the change is made within 30 days of the course date then an administration fee will be charged of £100 (ex VAT).
