Our coaching services are always tailored to each customers individual needs, but generally we find they are most useful to teams that are new to digital delivery using agile ways of working.

Delivery Management
Supporting teams deliver valuable products and services is the primary responsibility of Delivery Managers.
Often described as servant-leaders to the team, they serve the team by helping to identify and unblock anything that impedes the team from delivering value to users as efficiently as possible and they lead the team in their ways of working, aligning team members to work as one team.
Delivery Managers are experts in ways of working and understand the role of different specialisms in the team. They have the skills and experience to know how to spot gaps in capability and capacity, and know how to address them.
They focus on team health and welfare, nurturing an agile delivery culture and building a high performing team.
Unlike other suppliers, our Delivery Managers are backed up with the full support of all our professional agile training and consultancy services. It’s not unusual for our Delivery Managers to recognise a training need in their teams and deliver training themselves using our repository of agile learning content, case studies and activities.
Our Delivery Manager service is flexible and we often have Delivery Managers engaged with clients on 3 to 12 months contracts, usually on a full-time basis. At the other end of the scale sometimes our customers just need a part-time, temporary Delivery Manager. In either case and everything in between we can help.
Workshop Facilitation
Digital delivery teams recognise the need for effective communication. The problems they face are often complex, with multiple development and delivery options often coming from opposing perspectives. Teams require the environment, space and opportunity to discuss all issues openly, with everyone having an equal opportunity to contribute.

Design sprints have proven to be very successful in developing and testing prototypes within a week. Developed by Google Ventures, Design Sprints are a time-boxed, set of focused workshops that take place over the course of a week.
The format of a Design Sprint are described in the Design Sprint book and there is a comprehensive set of resources available on the design sprint book website.
